Welcome to Premier Ties®.

When you place an order with Premier Ties®, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.
Receipt of an order confirmation does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted. An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance or dispatch the goods, as applicable.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
- A product is unavailable;
- Payment cannot be authorised;
- An obvious pricing or product-information error has occurred;
- We suspect fraudulent activity; or
- We cannot fulfil the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.

We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once an order has entered processing or been dispatched.
Returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy and your applicable statutory consumer rights.

Prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice.
The price applicable to your purchase will be the price displayed at the time you place your order, subject to correction of obvious errors.
Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with Premier Ties®.
